Remove the circuit board by pressing one of thecircuit board retainer tabs toward the side of theenclosure and lifting the circuit board up and out ofthe enclosure base.3. Remove the mirror by sliding it out of its tracks.4. Remove an appropriate wiring knockout.5. To surface or corner mount, go toSection 2.1 Surfaceor Corner Mounting.To bracket mount, go toSection 2.2 Bracket Mountingon page 3.Figure 2: Circuit Board122.11.Surface or Corner MountingRemove the knockout holes for either surface orcorner mounting.2631 2 32. Using the enclosure as a template, mark the locationfor the mounting screws. Use wall anchors asneeded.3. Mount the detector.4. Insert the wiring.5. Slide the mirror forward or back until the angleadjustment markings align with the markers on eachside of the frame. Use the chart inFigure 3locatedinside the front cover to set the correct angle.4. Adjust the horizontal protection coverage during theWalk Test. Refer toSection 7.0 Setup and Walk Testingon page 5.2. Knock out the bracket mounting hole in theenclosure base and attach the enclosure to thebracket using the instructions supplied with thebracket.3. Insert the wiring.4. For strain relief, attach the cable to the cabletie with the plastic tie-down (supplied).5.
